Tara's contrast test was fine, and her food intake has been increased to 6mL every 3 hours, increasing 3mL every 6 hours. Her chest drainage tube has been removed, leaving only her nasal gastric tube in place. She was weighed and had her first bath, and was able to have a cuddle - she fell asleep in mum's arms. Tara has healed and recovered from her surgery very quickly, and she was moved from intensive care to special care at 9:30pm, one step closer to coming home.
